The installation of screens requires the prior permission of the landlord. Please contact your Customer Centre.Window boxes
Window boxes may be placed on the inside of the balcony only. This prevents the boxes from falling down and water from draining onto balconies below.
Satellite dishes
The installation of satellite dishes is only permitted with the prior consent of the landlord.Floor
The balcony floor may be covered with a surface such as artificial grass. However, this may not be fixed to the floor slab (no nails, screws, staples, glue, etc.). The underside of the covering must be studded for ventilation purposes.Depositing
and storage
Please do not use your balcony for storing objects; attics and cellars are suitable for this purpose. Make sure that furnishings do not protrude over the balcony parapet.Maintenance
Balconies must be cleaned regularly of bird droppings, plant growth and the like. Do not shake out carpets, rugs or dust cloths over your balcony parapet. Also, do not sweep the dirt down over the balcony, but pick it up with the dustpan.Barbecuing
Barbecuing is only permitted with an electric grill. The use of charcoal or gas grills is not permitted.
