New construction Kindergarten and youth centre Dianastraße

Project description

By order of the City of Nuremberg, WBG KOMMUNAL GmbH is in charge of the new construction of a three-group all-day kindergarten and a youth club for open children and youth work on Dianastraße.

The facilities required in the Gibitzenhof district were combined to form an urban ensemble (a group of buildings). The undeveloped land between Dianastraße and Frankenschnellweg, south of the former Werner furniture store, was selected as the most suitable location.

The two-storey building with a total gross floor area of 1,306 m² and outdoor play areas will accommodate the three-group kindergarten with 75 children and the youth club as a district-oriented facility for open child and youth work for children and young adults aged 6 to 27.
