Around 500 rental flats will be built in various construction phases over the next few years on the site of the former Federal Monopoly Administration for Spirits, the monopol491, on Äußere Sulzbacher Straße. The second construction phase will also include the following commercial spaces, which are expected to be ready for occupancy as of June 2024.
