New construction Fuggerstrasse
Project description
On behalf of the City of Nuremberg, a social property with 12 rental flats with outdoor facilities and a children’s playground was built on Fuggerstraße next to an existing wbg Nürnberg building. The flats were occupied by the social welfare office after completion.
The Deutsche Industriebau Group, Lippstatt, acted as general contractor. The investment volume was around €2.5 million.
