New construction Reinerzer Straße 22a

Project description

A new building is being constructed on a living area of over 500 square metres using a hybrid timber construction method. The new building is also being constructed using a standardised construction method. The various components of the new building, such as walls, can therefore be prefabricated and erected quickly.  
In addition, an underground car park will be built.

Location

Reinerzer Straße 22a in Nuremberg Langwasser Southeast, as urban consolidation within the framework of the district concept. Thus, vacant building areas are being used for the development.

Energy standard

Verification according to EnEV 2016, use of district heating, low CO2 emission apartment building due to highly insulated façade components, as well as use of the renewable raw material wood.
A photovoltaic system will be installed as part of the tenant electricity project.

Special features

Natural ventilation through large-volume ventilation shafts.
The new apartment building is being built as a timber hybrid construction as a continuation of the wbg standardised house.
