Project description
The 16 buildings from 1924 are being modernised. There are a total of 124 flats in the buildings.
The façades are being renovated and repainted. The wooden windows are also being refurbished.
The staircases will also be repainted.
The roofing will be replaced and the chimneys will be demolished.
Location
The buildings on Denisstraße, Preißlerstraße, Adam-Klein-Straße and Austraße are located in the Gostenhof district.
Special features
Except for the buildings in Austraße, all affected buildings are individual monuments.
