A multi-family residential building is being constructed on Grünewaldstraße 16, which will provide space for 34 flats. 12 of the flats are subsidised by the Free State of Bavaria according to the guidelines for income-oriented support.
The new building will also house a SIGENA neighbourhood meeting point.
The plot was previously used as a garage yard area. At the northern end of the plot, this area will be truncated to make room for the new building. At the rear, the neighbouring row of buildings on Grünewaldstraße will be continued.
To ensure that there are sufficient parking spaces, an underground car park / parking deck will be built under the new building.
Grünewaldstraße is located in the Nordbahnhof district.
