Project description
Reconstruction and modernisation measures have been implemented on the southern side of Reinerzer Straße since 2020.
In connection with the Langwasser SüdOst district concept, the 12 residential units on Reinerzer Straße 44 and 46 are being modernised to make them more energy-efficient (reduction of energy consumption).
This will significantly improve the quality of the housing complex - especially the flats - and make a significant contribution to energy savings.
The scope of measures includes the modernisation of the building envelope (windows, insulation of the façades, insulation of attics and basement ceilings, new roofing) as well as the installation of new building services.
Newly created tenant gardens and the upgrading of the open spaces with play and recreation areas round off the construction measures.

Reinerzer Straße is located in the Langwasser district.
Energy standard
Thanks to the modernisation measures, the residential buildings meet the energy efficiency class EH100. This means that the modernised buildings correspond to the energy efficiency of a new building.
