Project description

New construction of 4 apartment buildings using a hybrid wood construction method. Two sets of two identical building types each: a six-story three-unit building and a five-story two-unit building situated above a shared underground garage (central garage). 10 units of subsidized housing.

This new construction project comprises four apartment buildings using a hybrid timber construction method. It consists of two sets of two identical building types: a six-story building with three units per floor and a five-story building with two units per floor, both situated above a shared underground garage (central garage). A total of 54 residential units are being built—ten of which are publicly subsidized. The urban layout is the result of the concept phase of the design competition for the new Hans-Schneider-Haus building.
