The real estate company wbg Nürnberg GmbH is implementing the "Wohnen im SchönLebenPark" construction project on Ursula Wolfring-Straße, opposite the Bertolt-Brecht-Schule in Nuremberg Langwasser. The project comprises the construction of a new five-story residential building with 34 residential units and a central garage with 26 parking spaces.
Access is via a pergola along Ursula-Wolfring-Straße, which serves as an identity-forming element and also creates a meeting place and communication zone. All apartments have a private outdoor space: on the ground floor there are spacious gardens for residents to use, while on the upper floors balconies give the façade a rhythmic quality and create a flowing transition between indoor and outdoor space. The fourth floor is designed as a recessed penthouse floor, giving the building a clear urban accent.
The design aims to create high-quality living space. Clear structure, efficient access, and carefully designed exterior features create a contemporary contribution to a lively, socially mixed urban structure.

Heating is provided by underfloor heating throughout the building, connected to the heat supply of the neighboring student residence. The energy for this comes primarily from a geothermal system with geothermal probes and peak load coverage with district heating.
