This project involves the modernisation of the existing buildings to improve their energy efficiency. In addition, seven new flats will be created by adding a storey.
The existing buildings with six two-room flats, 12 three-room flats and six four-room flats will be modernised to make them more energy-efficient (reduction of energy consumption) and the entire technical building services (such as building heating and ventilation) including the bathrooms will be renovated. Instead of the existing attic, a new, additional residential floor with one 4-room, two 3-room and four 2-room flats will be created. The apartment buildings will thus have 31 privately financed flats on four floors in future.
Söderblomstraße is located in the Sündersbühl district.
The building meets the EnEV standard (Energy Saving Ordinance). This standard provides clear guidelines for the thermal insulation of houses. This includes, for example, façade insulation or the use of renewable energies.
