New construction Urban-Center-Züricher-Straße

WBG Nürnberg Beteiligungs GmbH is realizing the “Urbanes Center Züricher Straße” construction project on the corner of Züricher- and Gerhard-Hauptmann-Straße in the district Großreuth bei Schweinau. Five residential buildings with 181 apartments are being built here, 99 are publicly subsidized.

The first floors will provide space for commercial and public facilities, including retail outlets, restaurants and a daycare center with four kindergarten groups and two crèche groups. The residential buildings consist of five, six and seven floors with a shared underground car park in the southern construction area. The visual highlight will be a green façade on one side of each building.

The preparatory construction measures are being carried out in close coordination with the Servicebetrieb Öffentlicher Raum Nürnberg (SÖR) and other authorities of the city of Nuremberg and comply with the stipulated requirements. Once the buildings have been completed, the outdoor facilities will be redesigned and numerous replacement plants will be planted along Gerhard-Hauptmann-Straße and on the building site itself.
