At the start of the new training year today, 1 September, five young people began their professional life at wbg Nürnberg GmbH Immobilienunternehmen. These are three young ladies and two young men. They are completing a three-year course of training as real estate agents. This means that, as of 1 September 2022, wbg Nürnberg employs a total of 16 trainees, two of them as draughtsmen and 14 as real estate agents.
During the training period, the prospective real estate agents go through all the departments of the company, receiving a comprehensive and solid real estate training, as wbg encompasses and deals with all the relevant specialist areas.
After successfully completing their training, the new specialist staff can be taken on permanently. However, they also have the option of acquiring further qualifications.
Training in 2023 wbg Nürnberg is already accepting applications for the training phase starting on 1 September 2023 for the traditional training for real estate agents. Additional information is available at wbg.nuernberg.de. There you can also find a film about training at wbg.
