At the beginning of the new training year today, the first of September, five young people started their career at wbg Nürnberg GmbH Immobilienunternehmen. These are three young ladies and two young men. They are completing a three-year training programme to become a management assistant in real estate. This means that wbg Nuremberg will have a total of 16 trainees from 01.09.2023, one of them as a draughtsman and 15 as real estate clerks.
During the training period, the prospective real estate managers pass through all departments of the company and receive a comprehensive and well-founded real estate training, as all relevant specialist areas are available and dealt with within the wbg.
After successfully completing the training, it is possible for the new skilled workers to be employed. However, they also have the opportunity to gain further qualifications.
Training in 2024
wbg Nuremberg is already accepting applications for the training phase starting on 1 September 2024 for the traditional real estate management apprenticeship.
