These are two young women and three young men. They are completing a three-year apprenticeship as real estate agents. This means that wbg Nürnberg will employ a total of 14 trainees for this apprenticeship from September 2, 2024.
During the training period, the prospective real estate agents will pass through all departments of the company and receive comprehensive and in-depth real estate management training, as all relevant specialist areas are available and dealt with within wbg. After successfully completing their training, the new specialists can be taken on. However, they also have the opportunity to gain further qualifications.
Training in the year 2025
wbg Nürnberg is already accepting applications for the training phase from September 1, 2025 for the traditional training as a real estate agent. In 2025, we will also be offering a place as a draughtsman and, for the first time, as an IT specialist for system integration. Further information can be found on the wbg careers page
