Every year at the end of the year, wbg Nürnberg GmbH Immobilienunternehmen honours tenants who can look back on 50, 60 and 65 years of tenancy.
This year, we again had the opportunity to invite the jubilarians to the “Nürnberger Altstadt” reception rooms in the Kreuzgasse district of the Lorenz Old Town for coffee and cake.
During a small ceremony, the management congratulated the tenants and presented them with a Christmas flower arrangement and gifts. The “50-year” tenants received a gift basket, the “60-year” tenants a discount of one month’s rent and “65-year” tenants a discount of 1 ½ months’ rent. This year, there were
62 tenants with contracts of 50 years,
10 tenants with contracts of 60 years,
9 tenants with contracts of 65 years.
“It was a true pleasure for us to be able to hold the anniversary celebrations in the presence of our elderly tenants again this year and to present them with gifts. The large number of long-standing and loyal customers are living proof that you can live comfortably with the wbg Group and enjoy peace of mind even in old age,” says Frank Stücker, wbg’s authorised signatory and head of stock management.
