This is a private educational institution in the craft and design sector and offers a year-long workshop year as a pre-placement for professional and personal orientation. Werkbund Managing Director Norbert Zlöbl accepts the grant.
The Katholische Junge Gemeinde St. Marien Katzwang (Community of Young Catholics of St. Marien Katzwang) will receive €4,500 for the purchase of new tents. These are needed for the annual tent camp of the youth association. Unfortunately, no representative was present at the handover.
The Maximilian Kolbe scout group is receiving a grant of €3,000. It will also be used to purchase tents for the annual youth camp. Johanna Vogel, a group leader, will accept the grant.

The Institut für Soziale und Kulturelle Arbeit gGmbH, Zentrum Aktiver Bürger (Institute for Social and Cultural Work, Centre for Active Citizens) had applied for and been granted a grant of €5,000 for the project “Competence Centre Education and Civic Engagement”. “With today’s payout, we have once again supported an entire series of sensible, good projects for the benefit of Nuremberg’s urban society. Some have already been realised, others are yet to come, but all deserve financial support. We are pleased that we, the wbg 2000 Foundation, have been able to help in so many places,” explains Frank Thyroff on the occasion of presenting the grants.
