Every year at the end of the year, wbg Nürnberg GmbH property companies honour tenants who can look back on 50, 60, 65 and this year 70 years of tenancy.
As always, the tenants were invited to the "Nuremberg Old Town" representative rooms in the Kreuzgassen district of Lorenz's Old Town for coffee and cake.
During a small ceremony, congratulations from the management, a Christmas flower arrangement and gifts were presented. The "50-year-old" tenants received a gift basket, the "60-year-olds" a discount of one month's rent, the "65-year-olds" a discount of 1 ½ months' rent and the "70-year-olds" a discount of two months' rent.

This year, there were

  • 53 tenants with a 50-year lease term,
  • 20 tenants with a 60-year contract term,
  • 6 tenants with a 65-year contract term,
  • 1 tenant with a 70-year contract term.

"Once again this year, it was a real pleasure to give our long-standing tenants a present. Every year, the large number of loyal customers is living proof that it is possible to live well with the wbg group of companies and also live in security in old age," says wbg press spokesman Dieter Barth with conviction.
