At the end of 2024, the Works Council of wbg Nürnberg GmbH Immobilien-unternehmen continued its tradition of collecting money for a good cause at the joint end-of-year party for former and current employees. This time, the seven SIGENA neighborhood centers were chosen as the recipients.

The collection raised over 3,000 euros, which was rounded up and doubled by the company. The Deputy Chairman of the Works Council of the wbg Group, Mario Götze, and Works Council colleague Anja Dorn were thus able to hand over 6300 euros.

"I am very pleased that our employees are generously supporting these institutions so that a considerable amount can be handed over. This will help people who live in our residential complexes and visit the neighborhood meetings," said Mario Götze as he handed over the cheque. The money will be divided equally between the seven neighborhood meetings and used, for example, for a low-cost lunch, for volunteer work or for cultural activities.

The SIGENA neighborhood meeting points are run by various charities and are located in the core residential complexes of wbg Nürnberg GmbH.
