The bodies of the wbg 2000 foundation have approved a grant of €2000 for the climbing frame at the day care centre of the Stadtmission Nuremberg in Nordostpark.

The grant was intended for the purchase of a climbing frame, which was built on the area of a water and mud playground. The previous use was no longer possible due to a change in conditions. The total cost of the project was around 20,000 euros. Together with other foundations and donors, wbg 2000 Stiftungen contributed to the realisation of the project for the benefit of the children. The new wooden climbing frame has been received with great enthusiasm by the children.

‘With this donation, we are once again supporting a facility for children. When you experience the joy of the children, you quickly become convinced that you have done something very good,’ said wbg press spokesman Dieter Barth on the occasion of the handover of the grant. Applications for support can be sent to the wbg 2000 foundation, Mrs Pfister, Glogauer Straße 70, 90473 Nuremberg. Information and application forms are available on the Internet at www.wbg2000stiftung.de.
